OK Mobility inaugurates OK LEAD Center, its new leads management centre in Madrid

OK Mobility has opened the doors of OK LEAD Center, its new leads telephone management centre in Madrid, to provide personalised telephone assistance to customers who purchase mobility products through our digital channels.

This will centralise all the digital and telephone consulting and contracting processes for OK Renting service and the online sale of pre-owned vehicles from OK LEAD Center.

Located in the Las Tablas business park in northern Madrid, the centre boasts more than 400 m² and has space for more than 30 agents, as well as office areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms.

With this inauguration, we are taking steps forward in our goal of facilitating accessible mobility for all people, digitising contracting processes and ensuring the best service to our clients.
